Reconciliation WA approached Icon AV to help deliver a hybrid dual naming event online through Zoom, during a challenging period of COVID through Perth. There were to be 3 facilitators to discuss with an MC to help guide the conversation throughout the forum. With over 100 participants on Zoom to watch and ask questions. Other callers in needed to also be facilitated and seen/heard in room, plus streamed into Zoom with Picture in Picture of the presenters.
Icon delivered a flawless hybrid solution, utilising our HD Panasonic PTZ cameras, Vmix software and NDI video protocol to stream through to Zoom. Using the best ULXD lapel microphones gave the participants on Zoom crystal clear audio. Using Vmix we could use our Picture in Picture to bring in external callers.
Icon AV delivered a television standard broadcast through our system. Overall a great event on place names and dual aboriginal names.
